Refund policy

Due to the customization of the items, we currently do not have a return policy. Once the item has been processed we can not refund the order.  We do address any damaged and incorrectly shipped items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If the item was shipped incorrectly, or there is damage upon receipt, please take a photo of the damage or the item and send an email to info@2shovels.com. We will respond with in 48 hours.

Refunds

A refund can be issued if the purchase was made as a mistake or you have changed your mind. Please let us know if you want to cancel your order with in 3 days of the order.  You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
